HOA GOVERNANCE & LEADERSHIP
OPERATIONS & STRATEGIC PLANNING
BUDGETING & ACCOUNTABILITY
We come from different backgrounds and bring different expertise to the Board, but we share the same commitment: transparent governance, responsible financial stewardship, and decisions that put Sachse Farms homeowners first.
Mary Jo brings extensive HOA experience, including prior service as Vice President, Secretary, and Member-at-Large, along with Landscape and Architectural Committee experience. LaVonda brings more than 20 years of federal service and expertise in budgeting, contracting, and business operations. Melanie brings 25 years of experience using technology solutions to improve operations, processes, and communication, along with community event coordination and service on the Sachse Farms Landscape Committee.
Together, we believe homeowners should understand how their money is spent, have a voice in decisions that affect their community, and feel confident that neighborhood upkeep and projects are being managed thoughtfully.
We’re running together to support a more transparent, organized, and collaborative board, one that listens to homeowners, communicates clearly, and makes decisions with the best interests of Sachse Farms in mind.
